- I have always found Digita to be very cooperative, when it comes to
- finding bugs. They are genuinely interested to hear about any
- *constructive* critisism. Any attempts to report bugs has always been
- met with a helpful responce. Mark, from Digita, frequents this
- newsgroup, try e-mailing him with your problems and I'm sure, if you
- have found any real bugs, he will (I would think) be more than pleased
- to hear from you. Also try to bare in mind the difference between a
- 'bug' and you disagreeing about the way a feature, was or was not,
- implemented.
-
- If you are serious about beta testing, they usually like you to put your
- request in writing (snail mail) and they'll deal with it from there.
- I have no idea whether they need any more beta testers but if you're
- serious, there can't be any harm in asking. Of course you will have to
- sign a non-disclosure agreement. Don't even think of asking, unless you
- have a lot of time you can invest quickly, if you see what I mean.
- Short but intensive periods of time.
-
- All the above I say as a private individual, I have nothing to do with
- Digita, other than helping to beta test various products. So I suppose
- it was partly my fault, you got lumbered with a few bugs, oops!
-
- PS. I started beta testing *after* Wordworth 3.0 ]:-)
